Kenny was quick to respond. He explained everything and provided options for replacing or repairing. They replaced the motor that died and got our house cooling again. Kenny and John are so friendly and really care about their customers.

Our AC failed right when the heat peaked, and Luis came out late at night to take a look and provide a no-cost repair estimate. He was thorough and very honest in his assessment, telling me exactly what I needed and what caused the problem. Luis' price was what I expected to pay. His team completed the replacement and repair very professionally, cleaned up well and were very respectful of the house. Everything was completed on time and it worked perfectly. Luis then checked the other unit for pressure and operation and even cleaned the outside coils. I would highly recommend Bridges Air, LLC - they have been the best for my AC repair in my whole history of AC issues we've faced.

Awesome service! Our AC stopped blowing cold air last night around 9pm. Bridges Air responded immediately! When he completed the job he was on when we called, technician Kenny drove to our home, diagnosed the repair and what was needed (a dual capacitor), fixed it, and our air was back by 12:30am. The price was fair, and we are grateful for such a rapid response so late in the night and in such miserable heat. Thank you, Kenny.
