The repair person came in time and did a great and fast job, I will use the service again in the future.

They were fantastic. It was supposed to take 2 days but it ended up being only one. When I made a change request the day of the install, they realized it used less copper and took $50 off my bill without any prompting from me. Everyone was friendly and they cleaned up every speck of dust before they left. We are very happy with their service and our cool air!

Showed up right on time, took less than an hour to fix the problem. He was very friendly and explained what he was doing, how he was fixing it and why he did things the way he did. it was a great experience.

Work was done in less than 1/2 hour. Iwould hire them again for any electrical work.

Our experience with Brite Electric was amazing! Our A/C was not properly working and we didn't know what the problem was. Brite Electric came the day we called, told us the issue and what needed to be done to fix it, and was there every single day until it was completed. They even gave us a portable A/C and set it up when we had to wait for a part to be overnighted. The repairmen were all extremely friendly and informative. I work from home and the secretary was speaking with my boyfriend about all the issues. She then called me to make sure my boyfriend gave me the details and told me when the repairman would be here. She even called me 5 minutes prior and said he was on his way so I knew he was coming. They gave us a quote and did not charge us a penny more. I could not have asked for a better experience!
