Found the leak on the roof and checked the entire roof for overall condition of it. Would recommend him to anyone.

The contractor gave a reasonable estimate, did the roof replacement promptly, explained why a leak had occurred, cleaned up all debris, and honored the quoted price. He also cleared a plugged gutter--much appreciated. I highly recommend this contractor for roof replacement.

Arrived on time as promised, Upon completion of installing new roofs vent showed me the old roof vents and explained how and why water was leaking in. I asked for a price quote for a new roof ( which I hope ) my present roof will hold up for another 1 1/2 years. Brian , the owner, gave me an estimate and said my present roof is not in bad shape at this time. Brian and his coworker were both courteous, professional and willing to answer any questions I had. I would recommend Brocks Building ,LLP as an excellent company to consider to replace one's roof!!

I was unable to reach the owner once the job was done and paid. A small minor repair on the roof is required. Unable to get the owner to return my calls. I call and left message several times. I would have given a different response if someone would just call me back.

I was in Jamaca at a destination wedding this past week. Sorry but my cell phone provider had no service for the entire trip. Please give me a call and we can discuss any additional work you need done. I cannot see who this comment is from on this app so please contact me at your earliest convenience. Best regards, Brian
