Troy is an artist and craftsman and anyone who is able to hire him for a job will be lucky to have him. I had my garage converted into a Primary bedroom with on suite bathroom and a laundry room. Throughout the build, Troy made sure that each and every details was perfect. He is a great communicator. He handled all of the arrangements and scheduling with his sub contractors who are as wonderfully skilled as he is. In additon, Troy is easy to have around. We lived in the house while this remodel was going on. He and his team were always quiet and respectful and truly a joy to have in my house each and everyday. Plus, he has a great eye for design and knows about all the latest products on the market. I love my space and it would not exist if it weren't form Brolin Build and Remodel. If you hire Troy you will not be sorry.

Troy is a true craftsman. We had a whole exterior transformation with new windows, doors. Siding and more. We had a lot of changes throughout the process due to us not knowing exactly what we wanted, and also Troy finding unexpected potential problems. He was great with giving ideas and solutions while keeping cost in mind. We had just purchased the house not even a year before he came out. Troy and his crew really made this OUR home and we appreciate it very much. He truly loves what he does because it shows in his work. Great communication. I highly recommend them if you need any project done.

Have been extremely impressed by Troy after having talked with many contractors for our garage rebuild. Extraordinary attention to detail and excellent communication ensured the best outcome for our project. He also did what others said they could not when it came to our deck expansion. Next we will be hiring Troy for a fence project and would absolutely consider him first for any other non-trivial projects.

Troy did a fantastic job on completely rebuilding my split level staircase. He was thorough, identified safety issues from past remodels, worked to save cost where possible and his finish work was beautiful. A true craftsman! Already have him lined up for 2 more jobs. Highly recommend.
