Promised 3 weeks, turned into a 3.5months of a nightmare. Overpromised and under-delivered. Piss poor communication, planning, and time management. They destroyed my wooden floor in the process. Never keep to their words. Hidden fees and charges. Makes decisions without the client/owner approval or authorization. Unprofessional behavior - yelling at their own clients and falsely accusing them of using the wrong credit card. Their own plumber refuse to work with them in future projects because they did not pay their own people. Every nail and every screw that could go wrong went wrong. If I could give them less than 0.5 stars, I would. Update: After I submitted my review, Eric threatened me to go to court if I dont take down all my reviews. This is the type of people they are. Another client of theirs told me she was pissed off about their work and reported to Channel 7. These people are not professional, they are scammers.
