Great job on everything!
This company is very unorganize, and does not accept responsibilities for their own mistakes. A couple of months ago we decided to renovate the exterior of our home. So we decided to get a few quote, including the gutters. One of these companies was "The Brothers that just do Gutters". The sales rep (tech) came out, was very professional and had a quote very quickly. At the time we asked for white guttes but soon after he left we thought it over and changed our mind to black gutters. I called him right away with the change but n mind and the tech told us it wouldn't be a problem since nothing had been ordered. When we received the final quote, it had the entire order as "white" materials listed. However, at the bottom of the quote it had an entry that read, "Customers Note: This agreement is for black gutters around the entire house please call me to schedule". I spoke with the tech and he said, again, no problem, it'll all be black. So I signed and paid my deposit. Between the time I signed and got the schedule work to be done, there were a few times where they tried to schedule me without me requestlong. Which I attributed to lack of communication between the front desk and the tech, whom I had called several times to tell him to have the front desk stop scheduling me without my request. Finally the message got through. Fast forward to the time of work, the crew showed up as scheduled while we were at work but I noticed on the security cameras that they had unloaded WHITE GUTTERS! I called the manager and told him they had the wrong color, I sent him the work estimate, I pointed out the "Customers Note" and he dismissed it because the rest of the quote said white material. So for me to get the material in black I had to pay an additional $200.00. How is their mistake, the fact that maybe the tech didn't point out the statement or that purchasing didn't read the contract in its entirety my fault!? I do not recommend this company because they did not have the decency to face their mistake, and accept the responsibility that that they lack communication between themselves.

Hired them they never called to give me a window I had to call and was told noon by 145 they still never showed up or called. I canceled and asked for a refund, Lady said she didnt think I would get my 125 back. The law reads consideration they must return my money. I would not use this company thier customer service is terrible
Thanks Marcia. All our customers are sent emails and text messages regarding installations, the previous week of the installation. I do know the email was sent to you on 11 April, perhaps you missed it. We do not give times only a day as problems can arise during the work we carry out. When you called earlier today we notified you it would be after 12.00, the second install of the day as we are only installing 2 short sections of gutter. Not that makes a difference, but we prefer to give our installers the larger jobs first when the weather is cooler to work in. You emailed to cancel and we have been trying to contact you since to confirm this and to discuss the issue with you. However, you have chosen to ignore our calls, emails and text messages to resolve this. The crew would have been with you around 2.15 this afternoon.

The gutters look nice, good quality, reasonably priced. The workers were professional & fast. It hasn't rained yet so I currently don't know how well the gutters perform. Overall I'm happy I selected this company.

Great company to do business with. They put commercial gutters on our RV garage. From Luke, the sales guy, to the installation team, they made this an easy process. Great communication, very professional and delivered a quality product. If you need gutters, I highly recommend this company.
