Robert was a true professional and did an outstanding job. He was on the job site and communicated to me throughout the whole installation process. I would definitely recommend Brown Plumbing to anyone who has a plumbing problem.

The repairman was both personable and professional. The company was quick to respond and arrived on schedule. I was very pleased with the quality of the work. Charges for services were reasonable.

Their rep showed up in his personal car with no tools or anything else; he looked at project used my water hose to drain my heater, then left supposedly to get tools and was gone 57 minutes because i timed him he can back cut water inlet, outlet and safety pipes! Placed water heater after draining in bedroom where it still drained my use my dolly to remove water heater and mopped up water, the rep placed water heater on wall with 4 bolts used my purchased tank-less water heater kit 2 adapters 2 8 inches of pipe couldn't wire it so checked for leaks and then wrote a bill for $250 fo 35 minutes of work! I called his boss who was to checked with rep! I later got the wiring installed where we discovered a leak on hot water pipe! On Monday morning I call Brown plumbing and the boss so he said later can and repaired leak said he had to wait for 15 minutes to check for leaks, I waited for 20 minutes but he was on his phone in his truck I tried to get his attention but to no avail so I turn water and checked for leaks everything was fine no leaks about 30 minutes he got out of his truck to come back inside but I stopped him but he insisted I told him he wouldn't come into my house at his on risk as i was going to defend my home and call the sheriff department but eventually he left; he called on the phone and said the bill was still $250 I told him the bill was to high and his trip to repair after his rep should have been no cost at the adapter his rep put on was where the leak was! I have no problem paying for services but to pay someone $250 for a little over 30 minutes of work plus his shabby job caused us to not have hot water over the weekend! I really think the job should be $100 to $150 at the most! Because #1 the rep had an appointment but came a day early (which might sound great but his truck was broken and he had no tools) he was gone longer than the time he actually worked and the job was done poorly with the water draining into the master bedroom from drained tank!

Robert Brown was very professional along with his helper, Chris. My gas water heater was not kicking on. He diagnosed the problem, researched to see if my water heater was still under warrant (which it was). Then he drove all the way to the other side of town to get said part. Installed it in 15 minutes. His expertise and due diligence saved me over $275! Will do business with again.

Steve came out same day I called and diagnosed the water heater. It needed replacement. He came first thing the next morning and got us set up, and even went above and beyond to install the new toilet valve that I had purchased. He also caught and remedied some code issues with the placement of the TPR relief valve. Very happy with the service.
