We had high hopes! I think the owner just recently purchased the company. We had all the walls and all the trim in the house painted. He was great in providing samples and helping us select colors - it seemed like a good start. He stated he would have six well paid, skilled painters on the project, and would start 8/28/23, finishing in six days. He would double fill and sand any holes in the walls (did not do) would cover our belongings (we already had everything moved to the center of the rooms before they started painting them) which they only did in two rooms, and would remove the doors to paint them. They called and cancelled on us until either 8/31 or 9/1 - we chose 9/1. He arrived with one other painter and did some taping. On the following Monday he showed up with the other painter and his fiancee. When I asked where the rest of his crew was he said he had to let them go for various reasons. He did eventually bring in two additional painters, but it seemed they had little or no experience, and the quality shows! He also decided to try painting the doors without removing them, spraying some with some kind of primer. The trim and doors gave them fits. For some reason they could not get the paint to stick properly, especially on the doors. He eventually did take them off, but there were still issues. Finally around mid Sept they were (done). As soon as they left the house I got a call wanting paid so they could pay for the help and paint. My mistake, I did so before really inspecting (I was concerned about liens). Once I walked the house, I found trim that needed another coat, several doors only partially or poorly painted, doors not properly attached to door frames, a vent not replaced - it was obvious they had another project to get to, or they were tired of trying to get the trim/door paint to look right. I took photos and emailed to them and they came back out on 9/29 for about an hour or so. Even tho I had walked them around and provided a written list, they left without completing all the work. I did not know they were leaving until he told me to call the office if there were more issues. By that time he already has his crew (two others) out in their vehicle. I still had doors with bad places or no second coats, and not able to close due to not being properly attached. We have found many instances of poor painting as we have been putting our house back together. I also wonder if some of the doors they just did not spray with white primer (we found a can they left behind). While he did state to call the office with any issues and he would work more on the doors, at this point we felt it best to give up on them and finish ourselves best we could.

Brushworx, was super diligent, professional, polite. He researched the special issues regarding the job. Gave a complete and detail plan of exactly what they would do. He was cognizant of special issues to the job location and needs of entrances. I plan on using this companyf or a long term professional relationship.

Adam power washed my driveway. I didn't realize how dirty it was until he started. The results are amazing! He was very professional, reliable, and his prices are reasonable. I highly recommend him to anyone who wants quality work done. He goes above and beyond to make his customers happy.
