Budget Garage installed 2 replacement garage doors with a new opener. The customer service was very patient and helpful when I was trying to decide on the color and the hardware. There was a bit of an issue with the panel on the small door but Steve came by and assured me that they would take care of the issue , and they have. I would recommend this family owned company, because they care .
Thank you for the positive review. Stuff happens. Manufacturers make mistakes. We make mistakes. On very rare occasion, clients too. :). It happens. Question is how to respond to such an event? In our case, we make it right. In your case, we replaced the panel at no cost. That was the right thing to do. Glad you are pleased.

Steve and his team helped me get my garage door as well as opener replaced after a friend of mine drove his car into it. He dealt with my insurance company to get my claim approved, and even explained why his quote was different from a competitor (I got 2 quotes). The work done by the 2 men who showed up to the job was great. Finally, his receptionist Taylor is also extremely nice.

Hi Barbara. So glad you were satisfiedy with the outcome of the project. It was a difficult conversion and we wanted it to come out right. I checked into your concerns about receiving copies of the agreement, and I understand you now have everything. It is very strange because our CRM system shows we sent you 6 copies but you never received them? I've checked and it isn't an infrastructure problem. No other clients have complained about receiving their emailed copies. Maybe something with provider? Anyway, glad we got that straightened out for you. Biggest thing is you are happy with our work.
