Doctor Andrei T., I am sad and disappointed at your review. I believe there has been a mis- communication but I was unsuccessful in reaching you by phone or email, to see how we might make things right. When performing a commercial repair, such as we did for the Old Pueblo Veterinary Clinic, the diagnosis can take up to an hour by itself. As you stated, we correctly diagnosed the problem as being the inline battery, an inexpensive repair. You were told $100, NOT just for the battery, NOT just for the delivery of the battery, but also for the install of it, as well as for the other necessary adjustments required to extend the life of your operator, including force diagnostics, limit adjustments, chain tension adjustments, gate realignment and adjustments, etc. These adjustments can take another 30 to 45 minutes and would be included in the fee. Without these needed adjustments, your $4000 operator can fail prematurely. As well, the $100 was a "not to exceed" price, not a firm quote. Our Specialist did not know for sure what the battery would cost. Sadly, you have given us our very first non-5-star rating. I sincerely hope your clients are more forgiving of misunderstandings.

Hi Dennis, Small, simple repairs, such as door sensor issues, are as important as huge jobs. If your garage door does not work correctly, it can represent a safety hazard. We were happy to be able to assist you.

We view repairs, not as a "needs an opener" but as "how can we ensure their garage door operates properly. " Often that entails not only replacing defective parts but also needed adjustments as well. I am so glad you found our work satisfactory James.
