Bug Bounty Hunters

Just yesterday morning while cutting my backyard, I noticed a large grapefruit size hornet's nest hanging from a tree. Did not know how long it was there as it was hidden by tree limbs. I looked up some contractors through home advisor & requested a quote. Immediately I was called by Tim with Bug Bounty Hunters. He was very professional & polite. He was able to work within my schedule & come out to remove the nest today! Gone in less than 24 hours of finding it! Very reasonably priced as well. Five stars all the way!!

These guys came right out to our house-I called in the evening-we settled on the scope of work with the price and they were at our home in about an hour or little less than!! Everyone I spoke with and met within the company was very knowledgeable, confident, competent, very down to earth and easy to talk / relate with. Even though it was a bug eradication, it was overall an enjoyable experience with their team. And to know my bugs are gone!!

Only issue was owner said it would be $100.00 and tech charged my wife $125.00. Quality of the job was good so no complaints.

I thought I had bed bugs because I had some bites on my arms. I called Tim on a Saturday morning. He was out making calls and asked me if I was going to be around that day. I told him I was about to head out to the gym but could stick around if he could come out. He told me to go to the gym, and he would call me in two hours. He called me right when he said he would to let me know he was on his way and would be at my place in 25 minutes. 25 minutes later he was at my door. Friendly, professional, and thorough. He helped me lift off my very heavy king-size mattress, so he could fully inspect the bed. I have motorized bed springs, so he had me lift them to the up position and then crawled under them. Then he helped me get the mattress back on. He did not find anything in the bedroom so to be safe he checked my couch, again pulling it apart to check everything and then helping me put it back together. He did not find anything, and then he really shocked me, he did not charge me for the visit! He said the bites were probably from a spider and pointed out the fresh air return across from my bed. He said one could have been blown from there onto the bed. He gave me a tip on how to prevent that in the future. Also, it is been a couple of weeks since he was out and no more bites. Looks like he was right. I wish all home contractors were like this guy! He is the only person I would call for any future bug problems.

Very personable and knowledgeable. Quick to respond even on a Sunday. He is definitely my go to from now on for pest control.

They came out right away and resolved my issue with wasps. Very timely and nice people.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Came on time. Explained the process and left instructions on what to look for after the treatment.

Tim did a great job - prompt, thorough, good communication. We had a nest of bees in our high eaves. He climbed a ladder, knocked them out in no time, removed the nest and then sprayed all around our house where others might accumulate. All for $100 including service call. I recommend him.

Tim was very professional. I liked that he came right away, even though he was coming from Akron. I hired him a second time to treat the perimeter of my home against ants. He was punctual and again very professional. I recommended him to my neighbors, as well.
