    They were very conscientious and showed up when they said they would. Very honest and thorough. They installed a new water heater for less than half of what Bonfe wanted to charge. I would highly recommend them.

    Billing was twice then phone estimate that was giving but I understand why now. Did not have basic parts and had to go to big box store. Vendor did not follow manufactures installation instructions. Unit leaks and now tells me to fix it my self after I paid him. I never will use H.A. again. I never had a problem with A List vendors.

    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
