Great service and quality work by their tech. On time, took care of the old water heater, installation went smoothly and cleaned up all within a few hours - definitely call them again.

I was way over charged. I paid $248.44 for them to un clog a sink. I feel that they took advantage of me because I was out of town and had renters that were ready for the issue to be resolved. The actual work performed took approximately 20 minutes. One thing good is the appointment was timely.

Ken arrived at your property early on a Saturday morning, per your request, with a fully stocked truck, fully prepared to repair your kitchen sink with as little inconvenience to you as possible. He laid out mats and wore shoe covers to protect your home. He called you and went over pricing, and with your approval went right to work repairing your sink. It is our policy to always discuss pricing before any work is performed in order to alleviate any pricing issues ahead of time. There was no obligation at that point to have work performed. I feel that it should also be noted that the price you agreed to included the service call charge, as well as the time involved. He had over two hours involved in the job between his drive time and the 1 hour and 45 minutes he spent with your renters. I know our service manager did reach out to you, however he did feel that you were satisfied at the end of your call. I can see by your review that you were not and I?m truly sorry about that. I know I told you on the phone, we never like to leave a customer unhappy, and I would love the opportunity to speak with you again to see what we can do!
