Kyle really knows his stuff; reviewed, discussed and addressed my concerns regarding my a/c systems. We decided the very old unit which was no longer cooling would preferably be replaced rather than repair. I now have an excellent, new Goodman unit which is wonderful. I ordered a new wifi thermostat which did not arrive in time to be installed along with the a/c unit. Kyle said he would be happy to stop by to install it; just give him a call to schedule. While installing the new unit, I let him know the upstairs unit was no longer cooling. Kyle checked the unit and discerned it needed coolant. The decision made was to contact Kyle in the fall for the 2nd unit to be replaced. Kyle is very accommodating and personable. I would recommend him very highly.
