Reviews
Write a ReviewTheresa was very professional and knowledgeable. She provided a quote and time frame and successfully completed the job. As a matter of fact it was so good we had her do a phase 2 immediately. We were very fortunate to have found her, Busy Bee Landscaping, and her crew.
Theresah and her crew were friendly, efficient and did a great job with cleanup as well. Quote was reasonable and the work was done in a timely matter and as promised.
Very professional and timely done
She was very professional and did a great job.
Theresa came out to the house right away. I told her that I needed work done on a fish pond that was also for my ducks. She was honest she said that she had never worked on a pond before that was for ducks as well well but she said that she could get it straightened out for me. She gave me an estimate that was about what I was expecting to have to pay to get my pond fixed. She went and bought a pond pump and couple containers of chemicals that she said it needed. The problem with the pool was that it was very dirty and we couldn't figure out how to get it clean. She said she did a little research on it and she would get it done. She told me she needed $800 at the beginning to get supplies and that's what she bought the pump and 2 bottles of chemicals. She brought a couple guys out I told her that I wanted to have the rocks pressure washed and I wanted it to be completed so that I could put plants around it and make it look nice and she said she would help with all that too. They did a poor job on pressure washing she didn't leave them with any supplies I had to give them my stuff to work with as well one of the guys used 1 of my decorative bowls I had outside to scoop sludge out of the waterfall and he broke the dish. I can't understand why someone would take a glass bowl to scoop sludge out of a pond. I told her from the very beginning that my son told me I needed a bio media Filter to clean the pond. While she was trying to figure it out we took a large barrel that my son had brought here and we put a filter together We had the pond clear overnight. I also bought a swimming pool because she said we were going to have to completely empty the pond and put the fish in that until she got it all cleaned we never used the pool. My pond is clear because we did it ourselves But now I have this big blue plastic barrel sitting at the edge of the pool to keep it clean Which is not what I wanted I wanted a filtration system set up that we could hide And then we could put plants and things around the pond she said she'd help with that but she never did. When it came to paying the final bill I asked her what supplies that she had to buy cost $800 I know that pump didn't cost $800 and those 2 bottles of chemicals combined did not cost $800. There's no way that they did $2100 of work to fix my pond. I truly feel that we cleaned the pond ourselves and she collected the money for all the work we had done. Teresa and the guys that came out to my house were very nice. But I certainly didn't get what I paid for.
Finished product (front garden bed with plants & stone, rock in three other side beds) looks great. BUT.... the job took way longer than first estimated because Theresa can't find people to work. She really wants to please the customer and certainly works very hard herself.
She did what was promised.
Theresa the owner, Did an excellent job in creating a beautiful oasis for my front yard. When I met Theresa she listened to what I was looking for and looked at my house and created a front yard based on the style of house I have. I told Theresa I wanted the best looking house in the neighborhood and did she deliver. Theresa brought in the right amount of perennials, annuals, rock, plants, lighting and made a water fall feature she designed and built herself. My house is the envy of the neighborhood and I will definitely use Busy Bee for all my Landscaping needs.
The worst company ever! I hired Theresa to do a walkway and it is very apparent she and the men she brought to my house had no idea what they were doing. She dropped them off with no shovels to work with, no instructions of what to do, and left me to tell them. I hired Theresa for ideas to help landscape (something she never provided )but instead dropped her workers for me to instruct. The first time she dropped them off I informed her she needs to be present while the job was happening to direct and ensure it was done correctly. Instead, she dropped them off again with no instructions and then had the nerve to tell me I would have to pay her for the work they did not do. She left my yard in a mess which I had to spend money to repair. Then she even went further saying I stole her ideas what a joke this lady NEVER GAVE ME ANY IDEAS She try to strong-arm me and say she was going to put a lien on my property for 40 hours worth of work her men never preformed. They came to my house 2 times so it is IMPOSSIBLE TO DO 40 hours worth of work! This lady is crazy I will not suggest anyone deal with her. I think the need to look into her. the business you will see other reviews they are the correct ones.
