They were 4 hours late. Did not have thermostat. Had to go and get. Broke that one. Left blood stains and buggered up wall never could figure it out and left original thermostat dangling. Were on drugs it seemed. No tag on truck. Started tearing apart the unit. We told them to leave after 2 hours of just messing around and were not able to do the task. They were not repairman and were scary guys. Some lady came after them around 9 to take picture. Never let her in. We will not use your services ever.......

Very very professional and extremely polite. Chris explained what had to be done why and how he was going to do it. He explained his timeline also. When completed, they swept up and replaced everything in the closet They had to remove the contents to access the drains and the leak. Chris left two pieces of the of the stuff he used to close an opening in case we need to use it. Chris checked out everything! I gave Chris a budget and he gave me an estimate. The cost was very reasonable. I would certainly recommend C&A Heating and Air. I will definitely use this company again.

the tech were very friendly.. how ever they charged me $100 just to reset a tripped circuit breaker in the power panel. I thought that was a little to much!
