I hired them to fix my washer. The lady came and said I needed a new washer or I would have to pay at least $300 to fix it. However, she never looked behind it where the hose was merely clogged because of freezing weather. She did not seem to know anything about the simple top loader that I have. It works perfect now. And I still had to pay $85 for nothing. I did not receive the promised $25 off.

We have used CNS two times in the last several months. One was for a dryer and the other was for a washing machine which had quit working. I called them early on Monday morning about our washer and Amy was here about 11:00 am. She was upbeat, friendly and considerate. She was very knowledgeable and had the problem figured out and fixed in no time. I was very impressed with her. CNS was reasonable in their prices also. We will definitely use them whenever there is a problem. I would recommend CNS to anyone who needs an appliance fixed.

Repair Tech was polite, masked and wore gloves. He went right to work, worked quickly and obviously knew his job. Very please with service. If a part needs to be ordered, do expect a delay for the part. Also they will ask for a part deposit to pay for the necessay part.

I was very impressed with Amy. She was professional and very knowledgeable. She diagnosed the problem, had the parts to fix our frontloader dryer and was done within 45 minutes. The cost was reasonable also. We will definitely use CNS again.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.

    We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
