Mark contacted me within minutes of my submission at 7 am. Checked to see if my current unit was still under warranty, which it wasn't. Discussed options of repairing or buying a new unit. Gave me prices for both 6 year and 12 year warranty units. Went with 12 year. Price was reasonable. Was able to meet my request to install the same day.

Mark was available Sunday to provide me a cost to replace my water heater. I wanted a top of the line water heater with 12 year warranty. Mark helped me select a brand I was comfortable with and we scheduled the change out for today. Mark and Alex performed the change out. Alex finished up as Mark went to the City for a permit. In the meantime a family Member left a door open and my dogs got out. Alex let me know they were outside and helped me get them. The water heater change out looks good. We should have hot water done. Thanks Guys.

Mark is a very personable plumber. Mark and Alex worked very well together.. and got the new water heater installed in record time! He told me how to take care of it....since my old heater was full of calcium rocks ....I didn't know I was supposed to drain it once a year! He showed me how to use it and checked all my faucets for pressure.... I will be calling him back for an estimate on replacing my galvanized pipes...You can't go wrong with the price either.... Awesome company!
