We bought a new home and discovered whenever we had a good rain it all drained off the neighboring farm field and pooled in our backyard. I got estimates from multiple companies to regrade and create a swale and clean up an existing swale along the driveway. I pretty much knew I was going to hire Tim after he came out to assess the situation. He was professional, courteous and knows what he's doing. He finished up today and we got a huge storm this afternoon. Bam! No more water pooling. Everything drains as it should. He even went above and beyond and did a little extra work at no additional charge because he was able to work it into his original time frame. Great guy, great service. I won't hesitate to call him again if ever need be.

We had attempted to install new drainage in my yard last fall. The weather changed and we had to leave it half finished. Plus we had an issue with a tree that needed to be removed. The roots of that tree were tough to get through with hand tools so we called around to see if anyone would be able to dig a trench with an excavator and help. Tim said that he could help out and gave a good quote. I asked if he was available this week and fortunately he was. In one morning he dug the trench while I installed the pipes. He back filled using the excavator and we were basically finished before lunch. I'm amazed that it was so quick. Tim kept saying that he didn't want to leave us with the trench (which is what I'd asked him to do) so he wanted to make sure it was backfilled. I'm pleased that he did because it would have been a lot of work to do by hand. I'll be considering CRM Construction for future jobs that we need to do and will happily recommend them.

After I called Home Advisor I received CRM Construction reply to me in less than 10 minutes, Tim agreed to me at my home the following day, he was right on time on the on his appointment , we had a cup of coffee together while we talked about out my project , I was very impressed with Time and he gave me a fair estimate for my project and I hired him that day. Tim gave me a time that he could start on the project and we both agreed to the time. Tim showed pride in his work and when he started and finished the project his work showed how good he handled my job, a very nice guy .

Tim has pride in his work and it shows. I was happy to meet him. Nice guy . I will be using him for future projects. The hardest thing I have encountered is finding people who you can depend on and who will do what they say and when they say they will do it. You can count on Tim and CRM. Remember the best price is not always the best deal.

Tim and crew did a great job and exactly as we expected. We are having some trouble growing grass, but that is probably due to us not watering properly. We are very happy with our level yard.
