Did hook up my humidifier correct with my nest thermostat, that disconnected my air cycler and didnt say Anything. Poor work quality and knowledge of how to hook up a aprilaire 700 with a nest.

Installation of a new furnace and air conditioner was done. We were so impressed with the professionalism and follow through of the CR Mechanical team. Rick contacted us promptly and advised us of our options and his recommendations for our project. We did some additional homework and decided to hire CR Mechanical. Craig arrived on schedule and installed the furnace and did some additional pipe work the first day. On the second day, the AC was installed on the new compressor was relocated to a new area that we had discussed. The job was completed as agreed with efficiency and neatness. I would recommend CR Mechanical with hesitation.

Rick came to my home and gave us a proposal to remove and replace our old furnace and electric water heater. His cost was more than fair. Craig came early on the scheduled day. In no time he had the old equipment removed. The new equipment installations were all completed the same day. My experiance with C.R. Mechanical Services was better than expected. Rick and Craig were both friendly and professional through-out the whole project. I will highly recommend them for anyone in need of a HVAC contractor.

Rick, CR Mechanicals, is OUTSTANDING and AWESOME! I needed a dryer vent connected to the outside wall replaced with a new dryer vent so that my new Samsung gas dryer could be installed. Best Buy would not install it to existing dryer vent and said I needed to have it replaced. It was a tricky and complicated situation. Rick came yesterday afternoon, did an excellent job and then connected my new gas dryer. Rick was very concerned about my needs and safety. Rick provided an exact cost estimate and did the work as promised. I cannot thank him enough since I had been without a working dryer for over 2 weeks and making trips to the laundromat. This morning we are having a huge blizzard with over 12 inches of snow and are homebound now. Rick is very professional, thorough, knowledgeable, honest and hardworking. He even contacted me this morning to check if everything was okay. Do not even hesitate to call Rick with your homeowner needs! I highly recommend CR Mechanicals. If there were 10 stars, I would have selected that for Rick and CR Mechanicals.
