California Roof Depot

I needed a new roof and obtained more than ten estimates before deciding to use California Roof Depot. Cesar was very responsive and carefully explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand. There was also dry rot damage and he was accurate at what the repair cost would be (a lot of the companies bidding would use the caveat that the costs couldn't be determined until the initial "tear-off" and when I asked for an estimate they all came in with a guess that was higher than what Cesar quoted). I was also impressed that their contract was easy to understand, straight-forward, and didn't contain a lot of small print that requires a law degree to fully understand. Cesar and his crew did a fantastic job and the roof looks fantastic. In fact, just yesterday a neighbor approached me and wanted to get Cesar's information because he wants to get a new roof. The roof was completed quickly and no mess was left behind. Cesar is also backed up by Stella his wife who made sure that all the required paperwork was complete and I am confident that everything was done up to code and that all the regulatory issues that California is famous for were complied with. In closing, I am very happy with what I got (value for the money) and would highly recommend California Roof Depot to anyone needing a new roof.

Was willing to "work with me" on potential dry rot or unseen repairs. Others wanted $65 an hour plus materials. I took Cesar by his word and he delivered.
