Very helpful and professional operation. I have and would recommend them to everyone. They were very efficient in their response to my call and fixed my leak in a very timely manner.

The job was quoted at 1100.00. The first attempt to repair my roof was completely unsatisfactory. The workers argued with me over the scope of the job and completed it in under two hours. I had the estimator return and he agreed that it was not done as per the contract. They returned and did more work and it was unsatisfactory as well. The estimator returned and did some more patch work but did not complete the job to my satisfaction. At that point I no longer trusted them to complete the job and paid the full amount anyway. I got up on the roof myself 3 or 4 times with the workers and the estimator and had I not done so it would have been the shaddiest job I have ever experienced. As it turned out it was incomplete and I feel worth about half what I paid.

Courteous, professional, and informative. They called before each visit, and because of scheduling they were able to show up earlier than planned and completed work ahead of schedule.

To be clear I did not need to hire them. They came out and checked out the whole roof and let me know I just needed to get the roof cleaned. Wow an honest honorable company. They could have sold me a bill of goods. If I ever do need repairs I am going to use Campbell Roofing.

They came quickly, and did an excellent repair. Workmen were polite and friendly. My only regret is that the cost was more than I had hoped.

They reasonably fixed a leak that three other roofers could not fix!

When looking to hire a roofer to replace my existing roof, my first concern was quality with my second concern the timetable. After narrowing it down to a few companies, I chose Campbell roofing as the research I did showed them to be a reliable company and they stated they would be able to complete the roof within my time frame. The salesperson repeatedly confirmed it would take 3-5 days, weather permitting. Day #1- the old roof was removed, the wood decking replaced and the peel and stick applied. When I met with the salesperson, I was told that before replacing any damaged wood, someone would go over with me what needed to be replaced to include pictures of any damaged wood. I spoke to one of the workers when they arrived the first day and he assured me someone would in fact go over this with me. He also mentioned that 20 sheets of plywood were included as part of the supplies they were provided that morning. Well, no one ever talked to me. The damaged wood was replaced without anyone ever speaking to me. I did think it quite a coincidence that 20 sheets of plywood were on hand (this was provided before the old roof had been taken off, so the amount of damage was unknown) and later found out exactly 20 sheets of plywood was used. Also on the first day, I stepped on a rusty nail in my driveway. I had to take time off work to go get a Tetanus shot. This would be the 1st of 3 nails I stepped on before someone went over the yard to remove all the nails- 2 months AFTER the roof had been completed. I also almost lost my lawn service I have had for the last 8 years due to the tires on the mower being damaged twice because of nails; however, Campbell did reimburse for the cost of the tires. After the workers left that 1st day, I didn't see anyone again for 17 days for a job I was told several times would be completed in 3-5 days. At one point I was told that my salesperson shouldn't have told me the job could be completed in 3-5 days as he didn't know the schedule for those working on the roof. Really? That's one of the basic questions a potential customer is going to ask. How much? When can you start? and How long will it take to complete the job? After that first day, I got the run around for the next week. First it was they'll be back on Friday to finish the roof. Then it was they'll be back on Tuesday. Tuesday came and went and I was told it would be another week. It was a nightmare and it was quite obvious that several of the people I spoke with were not being straight with me. As for the quality of work with respect to the roof itself, I don't know how I could assess this for this company or for any company for that matter. How do you know if the roof is of good or not? Even if you climb up and look at the roof, does the average person even know what to look for? After spending almost $13,000.00, I was offered a $100 discount. I was so insulted that this was all they had to offer me after everything that had happened. By this time, I was just absolutely disgusted with the whole thing and wanted it to be over. I have mentioned only some of the things that went wrong. There isn't even enough space for me to write about all the things that happened that should not have happened and things that should have happened, but didn't. All I can say at this point is I hope this never happens to anyone else.
