Chris did a great job. He came on short notice and replaced out water heater on the same day we called him. Neat, tidy and did the job for the price he quoted.

Chris showed up early to our appointment which was great. He explained to me the process of what he was going to do. Even though there were some unforseen problems with the job Chris stayed in budget and got the work done very promptly.

It was great that they came soon but the faucet they installed costs a ton it was not installed correctly the hot and cold are messed up as in the hot water lever goes almost all the way to the cold side and you have to push the cold lever all the way to the right the guy was nice and got here quick but was very rushed and left a couple tools and a mess and the bad install I would have preffered he came a little later and had more time I do appreciate the quick response

Not sure the guy fully knew what he was doing and I had to do follow-up repairs myself over the last month. Charged an arm & a leg for only 2 hours work.

The project was not effectively scheduled or executed. Chris could have done a better job arranging the subcontractor and communicating plans and price.

I booked on Home Advisor and they called my back very quickly and were able to see me sooner than I had hoped! Did a great job replacing the two outdoor faucets and troubleshooting the low water pressure in the house. Were also able to upgrade the faucet in the kids' bathroom on the spot. Couldn't be happier!!
