    HLC, in conjunction with PuroClean, did a terrific job in mold remediation and the rebuild. The timing wasn't the best, given that the work was beginning just as COVID-19 began keeping us all in our homes and social distancing. Christian, Vince, and their team worked hard to get everything done as quickly as possible (in case construction suddenly changed to "non-essential), while making sure that the quality of their work was up to their standards. While in my home, the workers all kept their distance from me and ensured a safe environment. I also appreciate Christian's diligent work with my insurance company to ensure that I get everything I'm entitled to from them.

    I wanted to come back and say the finished work on my basement was immaculate. Right when I pressed submit review I noticed he was missing from immaculate. And since I could not edit my original review, I had to come back and make a correction.

    Great experience with this family owned business who have extensive experiences dealing with insurance claims! Had water damage, patched up a 2' x 4' 1st floor ceiling and repaired a bathroom included toilet area, partial drywall along with floor & tub surround tiles. Jeff, the senior estimator, arrived on-time, thoroughly checked out the damages with knowledgeable recommendations. Audrey, the office manager, promptly followed up and addressed any concerns I had throughout my insurance claim process, especially in coordinating the necessary information needed from the insurance claim adjuster. Also Angel, the project manager, is always on top of my concerns and questions, straight forward explanations and very accommodating to my requests.

    They did a tricky restoration after a fire. It required stone masons, carpenters, HVAC, electrician, painters, roofers. There was good coordination of the trades AND good communication with us as clients. I am a construction professional myself but didn't have the time to oversee this work at my own home. Campos and Lyle were great to work with!

      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for state level civil legal judgments entered against them.
    8. Liens Search
      We use 3rd party data sources to check the principal/owner of the business for liens placed against them.
    9. Identity Verification (SSN)
      HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
    10. Identity Verification (Reverse Phone Lookup)
      We conduct a reverse business phone lookup to identify records matching the phone number information provided by the business.
