I hired Cristian and they put in an igniter in my oven in May and paid $234.01, today I had a GE tech come in because it was not keeping the heat the igniter burnt out the safety valve, I called Cristian and all he did was argue with me and said he was not responsible

We are sorry you are having a issue with your appliance. We actually completed your repair 05/29/2018. We replaced your ignitor with a General Electric factory part. If the part we replaced was defective, you would of had an issue with the oven before we left your house. We guarantee our services for 30 days. We also can not and do not warranty a part beyond General Electrics part warranty. As per our conversation, we can provide service in your area but there would be a charge due to being well over a year.

  9. Identity Verification (SSN)
    HomeAdvisor verifies the social security number(s) of the owner/principal for identity check purposes. This check applies primarily to smaller business entities.
