Rick was very accessible and professional...He returned messages promptly in the rare cases when we weren't able to reach him immediately by phone. We also felt that he worked WITH us on the project...Rick did his best to make sure that we would be happy with the end result-and we were! He completed our window replacement project within our requested time frame...And within our budget. We would highly recommend his work.

Storm Door - Install
The door had to be customed order. The company rep measured for and ordered the door. When he came several weeks later to install it, it did not fit. He reordered and now the door is an inch too short but he is going to adjust it. Neither of us noticed the gap from the outside but I could see it from inside the basement. Once notified of this problem, Mr Capuano promptly offered to adjust the door.

I would recommend Cappy's Construction to friends & family. The project was completed on time and within budget in a very professional manner. Rick's workers were clean, neat and very thorough. Rick has a great attention to detail. I plan on hiring him again to remodel my kitchen and for any other household projects that come up.

This job took a long time, but it wasn't the contractor's fault. He was ready to start within a week of contacting me, but we had to wait through multiple trips to City Hall for a building permit. Rick is a great guy-- always told me what he was going to do and when. Cleaned up scrupulously. My new porch floor is beautiful and very nicely done. I would hire him again without hesitation.
