I was stunned by how poorly CCKB handled our install? and the follow-up was even worse. I spent over $5K on a countertop that was cut incorrectly, and when I called to address it, I was mocked for expecting an apology. I have worked in the kitchen/bath industry for 15+ years, so I am not new to this. Their team templated wrong, cut the slab at an angle, and left a 7/8? gap. The fix? My own suggestion? not theirs. Installer pulled it off, but we lost the overhang we wanted. When I spoke with what seemed like a co-owner, she kept blaming the wall (it was not the issue), then laughed and sarcastically said, ?You?re right, I?m sorry, you win!? Absolutely unprofessional. Every company makes mistakes it's how they handle them that matters. CCKB failed that test completely.

They did everything and made the project completely hassle-free. I hired them to do more work on top of the original countertop project since they were so great.

This was a positive experience from beginning to end. Everyone I dealt with was helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. Their prices were also very competitive. My countertops are gorgeous and the turn around time was amazing. Thank you for a wonderful job!

Installation of the granite itself was pretty good. But the customer service was pretty bad. We installed our old faucet and it was touching the bar top. I dont think the granite company was responsible for that but since he made the hole in the granite, i thought he should atleast come and take a look at it and give me the possible options to fix it. I called him about this and he said that he will come the next day to make a notch in the bar top so that the faucet works properly. But he never showed up. I have reported this to BBB too.

Expert and works within our constraints. Would recommend them every time.

While the quality of work was good the work ethics I have problems with regarding communications. To this day I'm still waiting for Grisham to drop off pieces left over from granit kitchen counter install. I have called Grishom, e-mailed and spoken to his sales asssociate all to no avail. I believe curtesy follow up is lacking and that's why I have given him only 2 stars for the rating.

Counter top looks beautiful. Love the new quartz we chose.

Gresham is great to deal with, start to finish. One of the best choices I made building this house.

The work was good, but when it came time to pay - the merchant tried to add on his 2.75% fee to the agreed upon quote when he realized we wanted to pay with a credit card.

Gresham was quick and responsive. He furnished the quote quickly, the installation was professionally, and the service he has provided has been excellent. He followed through after the project was complete to make sure that everything was done to our satisfaction. I will definitely call him again. His prices were excellent. I called 10 places.
