This is not a legitimate company. Michael is the one who shows up. After agreeing on a price and promised the job would be complete before our baby is due to be born.. I was informed this was his side job and mine would be done whenever he gets time, which is Saturday or 6pm on a random weeknight for a couple hours. I paid most the price amount up front. After a few weeks here come the texts about not remembering this and that and things are now goings to be more money. He holds your project hostage and would not continue until all money was paid up front. He had not even shown up but 4 times. Random texts about catching covid, then the flu, then vacations and wont be there and a new day he will now be coming. Me and my wife saved up forever and trusted him. He got 85% of our money and texted today that he has moved on to another job and will not be returning. Now I have a half framed walls and windows and doors laying on the ground with nobody to finish. He is not the type of person who needs to be representing a construction company. Very unorganized. I do not write reviews but this really effected me and my wife. We learned our lesson but it is sad to know they are probably doing this to a lot of vulnerable people.

I hired Carolina Customs to handle job installing exterior as well as interior trim along with some laminate flooring. Michael was great. Very professional, on time and courteous. Would certainly recommend to any looking for quality work at a good price
