Flawless, easy, trustworthy service from beginning to end. Had a large 19th century window that needed to be releaded and have missing and cracked pieces of glass replaced. The whole thing was wobbly. Person who came to pick up the glass was professional, competent and kind. 1-2-3-and the drop off the same. Met with the artist who did the work--wonderful guy. Easy as pie. And the whole transaction was by word of mouth. No invoice. Everything attended to and some! Good, trustworthy people who know their craft.

Excellent customer service, the owner was very nice and patient. He did great work and when an issue arose he took care of them quikly and was very well done.

The price is very reasonable which included them picking it up and delivering it. They did everything I had asked them to do and I am overall pleased. One concern I had was that the project was completed about two months late but its now done and again, I'm happy and I send them my regards.
