I thank God for Vincent! After receiving storm damage on May 28th, Vincent was one of the contractors I called just by doing a Google search. Vincent, along with 3 other companies came out. I chose Vincent because he seemed to be genuine, patient and explained everything in details. He even explained how things usually worked with the insurance companies and what to expect. Vincent investigated my damages completely. He even showed me water damage that the other companies missed in their estimate. The headache was dealing with my insurance provider who seemed to be more interested in receiving premiums than paying for damages. My insurance provider was slow to pay but quick to blame and delay. This wasn't new to Vincent who calmed my fears and continued with the work needed to ensure my safety. I'm very pleased with Vincent-Carpe Diem. I'm extremely grateful that I found him during such a stressful time. He answered every single call I made to him. He never left me to wonder if I had made the right choice with using his company. Carpe Diem was great. In my time of need and stress. They dried out my home to prevent mold and rot gave me the route I needed to take to prevent further damage. They ease my concerns and worries and painted a picture on how it will be done and it came to fruition.
