Flooring Makeovers delivers on the promise of a "flooring makeover" when it is needed. Because of extensive water damage to my subfloor by a leaking dishwasher, Reginald Williams correctly understood where new subfloor was needed in the estimate. His crew also repaired damaged areas of the joists below to ensure that I has a sound base for new flooring. The consultation with Reginald in the stoor was extremely helpful in helping us to choose the correct floor for the application. The work was carried out with attention to details, such as the correct thickness of the subfloor, and custom transitions. Their price was not only competitive, it was the lowest of the three bids thar I received. I'll choose them for my next job.

The team was on time; efficient, and professional. They worked constantly and only took a short lunch break. At the end of day, they cleaned up before they left for the day. They were concern for my satisfactions. We had discussions during the process to ensure I understood the steps and how important it was for me to follow their guidance on floor maintenance during this process. Meaning, do not walk on the floor until a specific time, and then still test the dryness.

When hiring someone to do work, you need to have a good feeling about the person. Immediately meeting Reggie, I had a good feeling about him. He helped steer me the right way with my floors, preventing me from paying to much. Did an exceptional job. Very professional. He is the guy to use for your flooring needs.
