No more squirrels in the attic! Really top notch and worth it. I didnâ t know that if the squirrels have babies in the nest, you CANNOT remove them until they leave the nest! So donâ t wait, they got up there before babies were born, and I am so glad I didnâ t wait! Will gladly call them back. Also, no squirrels were hurt or killed and they did the job safely and quickly!

Because of disability I am no longer able to do many things that I did when I was younger. Recently we had a serious problem with small animals and rodents in our garage and attics. Through Home Advisor I found Carroll Exterminating, Wildlife Division. John McGeachy is a trained professional; courteous, capable, and polite. He responded immediately; thoroughly inspected over, under, and around our house. He fabricated barriers inside and outside on vents, set numerous rodent and small animal traps inside and out; instructed us how to protect against future intrusion; removed and disposed of trapped small animals and rodents; and created barriers for past bat intrusions in our top-most attic. Mr. MeGeachy kept us informed, checked all traps regularly and appears to have eliminated all infestations. I don't hesitate to recommend his services and will use him again if any need arises.

The work to exterminate yellow jackets was thorough and included inspection of surrounding areas.

They were the most reasonable, available and friendliest vendor I interviewed. They had easy solutions and a true customer service attitude. Very pleased.

I requested a tech for help in ant control in my kitchen. The tech was more interested in signing me up for an expensive annual insect control contract. The tech placed Optiguard ant bait in several places where ants were active. I asked the tech to identify the species of ant that was in my kitchen. He took some digital photos and was not able to provide me an answer. After five days, the ants are still active in my kitchen. The techs daily fee was $125.00. I may have to request a re-work of the ant control bait. NOT SATISFIED

They were awesome! I put out my request for help with a jellow jacket nest on a sunday afternoon. Doug with Carroll Ext called about 15min later and scheduled a visit for Monday. He also let me know when he was running a few minutes late. Very nice folks!

Doug was honest with us about pest problem in our rental property. He even offered possible money saving solutions. I will be using Caroll for any problems that we have in the future.

Doug was just great and took care of my ant and roach problem quickly and was on time. He also answered questions about other pest problems and advised me about what to do. My regular exterminter which shall remain nameless wanted to charge $50 more than Carroll charged me for the whole job and that was only to come out. Carroll also came out the day that I called them and my regular exterminater wanted me to wait three days for the next available appointment.

We had an emergency. Hundreds of yellow jackets got in our house. We called on a Sunday and they immediately came out got rid of the bees and cleaned up. It was a great experience and I would highly recommend them. They were friendly, professional and went out of their way to help us. We consider them life savers.
