They came out and cut my lawn while I was not home. I asked them to trim bushes with service they were providing that day. The bushes were not trimmed and grass was left all throughout my backyard. When I called them to come get their pay, I asked why the bushes weren't trimmed and grass up. They explained they didn't have the right tools, and my grass was extremely high, they had to cut it 3 times. They assured me the bushes would be cut with next appointment, which I asked them to come out on Thursday's from that point forward. I didn't give them a bad review because I felt they would trim the bushes and do a better job the 2nd time around. Well needless to say, when I called to see what day they would be returning, I was told, by the gentleman with whom I originally dealt with, that he was working in Bolingbrook, and his partner was taken over the residential jobs, and he would give him my number and have him call me. Haven't heard anything from either one of them, and I feel like I didn't get my $85 worth with that first and only cut. My grass was extremely high, that's why I agreed to the $85 price, but that was suppose to include the trimming of 4 tall bushes on my property as well. I would not recommend this pro to hire and have since found someone to maintain my lawn.
