I paid $200 for concrete removal and they left a good pile of concrete in my yard. I have called them but their phones will not accept calls Don B.
Response by Colorado Innovative Contracting: Don, I appreciate you for liking the job and the concrete we forgot to take care off got hauled away already! We apologies for the trouble. Thanks again!

Review by Justin L. in Brighton, CO
Our experience was terrible before the project even started, we made the mistake of giving a new company a chance. First, we saw the grass amount was off on the estimate, so we reached out and explained why it should be more and we were told that they would cover it no matter what it ended up being. We were given 4 different start dates and finally started because of my frustration. We were told this would be a 3-4 day project, it ended up being 2.5 weeks and was never completed. We received several different completion dates which never ended up being correct. We provided a drawing to scale of exactly what was wanted and walked it off and still had to have them correct several things as they were working. The first time our patio was poured, it turned out absolutely terrible because of the framing, they also ran out of concrete and tried to fill in with quick-dry concrete. We then had to listen to a jackhammer for an entire day with 3 little kids in the house while they tore out the entire patio to redo it, while they implied that this was a favor to us when it should have been poured correctly the first time. We were also told that they would lower the price per sq ft and in the end that was not honored. When they repoured the concrete for the 2nd attempt, they ran out of concrete again and it was a few hours before another truck showed up, so we now have an outline on our patio of where they patched it the 2nd time. We discussed our concerns regarding the discoloration on the spot they filled in later and were told it is just not cured yet, and that he would sandblast if it looked the same in 3 weeks. He has not returned a call or email of ours since he left that day and it still looks the same. We received dead grass because they let it sit in a trailer in front of our house for days before they installed it and then left it out back to dry up while they all took a day off and did not have sprinklers on. We have been watering as much as we can to try to salvage any. Jose walked off the sprinklers with us and told us that they were spraying 4+ ft up the fence because that is all they can do, spraying our foundation in 3 different locations. They were spraying our patio, therefore, our furniture would be soaked and our entire kids play area. Again, they stated that is all they can do. When I talked to them about how this needed to be adjusted, I was later assured they were adjusted and they were not. He was supposed to fix it when he returned to finish the job, but he did not return. We are now paying another company over $1,000 to fix the very poor job that was done. We were told our drip line was installed and because we knew it was not, kept asking about it, and when my husband started feeling around for it and could not find it Jose said *oh, they told me they did that*. Our entire grass is uneven and lumpy. There is so much damage on our gate, fence, front landscaping, driveway, etc. They damaged our fence that is HOA property. In what Jose thought was our final walk-through, I voiced my concerns and frustrations and he said he understood and wanted to make it right. Only to talk bad about me to my husband on the phone the next time. There was not any remorse, respect, urgency, appreciation, or pride in this job from Jose. On a few occasions, we were made to feel his mistakes were our problem or fault. I lost so much money on the grass, he spent x amount re-pouring the patio, etc. He was supposed to do rock in the front and never showed up. The job was bad, incomplete, frustrating, and unprofessional...

They were very friendly and prompt. They would make sure you understood everything that was happening every step of the way. They made sure things were done the way you want and the owner would always answer the phone and answer any questions you had.
