Hiring CertaPro Painters is the best thing we could have done to paint the exterior of our house and garage after both had been damaged by extreme pressure and chemicals from a pressure washer malfunction caused by another contractor. The process that CertaPro used from start to finish was never short of details. We first met with Brittany Henson, Sales Associate, who prepared a detailed proposal for how our house would be prepared and painted and what it would cost. Dan James, Operations Manager, oversaw scheduling and project oversight. He selected the perfect team for our needs. We were then introduced to the on-site supervisor, Jose, who managed the project, led the painting crew, and ensured high quality completion of the job. We could not be more pleased with the work and the attention to detail at all levels. We appreciate how Jose communicated with us during every step of the project about the status, schedule, weather conditions and decisions that needed to be made. The crew worked tirelessly and kept the worksite impeccable through completion of the project. We are sincerely grateful to each of them for their commitment to restoring our home. We will definitely use CertaPro's services for future painting projects, and we highly recommend them to others who are seeking a job well done.
