We had a unique job. We fired our first painter, so Brad and his guys had to come in and finish the job. It was not a easy job to complete and they did a great job finishing up. Omar and his guys did great making us happy and completing the job. There was 32 gallons of paint put on my house. I would highly recommend Brad and Omar

Project: Install Drywall
Work still in progress. High end on their price, lower end on their professionalism so far, slow installing the drywall (only at work site 2 to 5 hrs per day). Demo material still scattered about outside.

Horrible experience!!! They make you feel like they are the best choice because of their brochure but their quality and professionalism while on the job is horrible!!! They do NOT do what they say they will do! Patch but not sand good, don't cover furniture when sanding, got paint on floors, counters and personal belongings, etc... Still trying to fix problems, 1 1/2 months after starting!
Response by CertaPro Painters of Lafayette: We have since resolved his issues. It was a small job and had a painter that did not do well so I sent someone else to finish and also gave him a discount. I still stand by my work even if it does not start out well.

I despise dealing with contractors. I have never had good experience, until now. These folks were very professional and very in tune to my needs. They began on a monday and were finished in two days. We were even able to continue working in the office while they painted around us. Our office looks better than i expected. We received 2 coats of paint on the exterior of our building compared to a single coat quote from another painting company for the same price. Brad with certain pro is a true professional, I would recommend him to anyone. Follow up was great, i am completely satisfied!

The job consisted of re staining a mahogany leaded glass door. Work was not done as stated on original contract; after completing the job a new price was given, lower, but quality of work was not as expected. The home was in the process of being sold and the new owners were also dissatisfied with the end product.
