Is there a 0 star option? Premier General Contractors was hired in June 2020 to resolve simple permit issues that a licensed general contractor could have easily resolved. Instead, this company ran off with our money and did absolutely nothing. To date, the permits were never issued and it's been over 90 days since any action has been taken by this company despite the City of Homestead clearly stating in their online system the actions needed to resolve the permit issues. Finally, as homeowners, we got desperate and wound up resolving the majority of issues ourselves by simply following their directions, calling them, emailing them, and following up - everything Premier General Contractors and Mr. Pekel the company owner should have been doing from day one. Mr. Pekel is a sweet talker but consumer beware. In our case, the money given to this company was in essence taken and the company went missing in action and fails to respond to calls, emails, and text messages.... all of which have been professional. I am sure Mr. Pekel will find the time to respond to this unlike almost 5 months of not communicating with the City of Homestead or this consumer. Do yourself a favor, find a reputable general contractor that does not sweet talk you, but rather delivers real results. I have plenty of evidence to back up all of the above statements and anyone interested in seeing the organizational dysfunction.

Michael and his crew were detailed, easy to communicate with and had excellent suggestions throughout the process. The project was completed on time with fair prices.
