Project: my balcony had suffered severe water damage, wood was rotting and the header could no longer support the structure. I was afraid the balcony would collapse. Sometimes you have to go with your gut! I recevied three bids from various resources - one from Home Advisors. Chalob was not the cheapest - but I was communicating - via text - with Hank and he agreed to come out and review the project. He came up with a plan of action and budget proposal quickly and was able to do the job almost immediately. I felt like he actually cared about me and my project - my concerns. The other bidders, one was cheaper by almost $1000, didn't seem that interested and claimed they were very busy and would try to fit me in to their schedule. That didn't make me feel very comfortable nor confident. So, I oisgtned to my gut and hired Chalob Resources and I'm very glad I did. They should up on time. They finished the project on time. They did everything they said they were going to do. They did even more than what they said they would do. They went out of their way to make sure that the project was completed professionally, and effectively. They handled every issue efficiently. Every member of their crew was professional and pleasure to work with. They work on projects of all sizes - mostly bigger projects - that's what Hank shared with me. My project wasn't a supersized project, but it was a big project, a very important project for me. I'm a very happy customer.
