    Scheduling the appointment after hours via the call center was easy. I received an email confirmation a day prior to our appointment and then a text confirmation the day of our appointment. Since we had an appointment window of a four hour span, Charles called when he was in route to our home so we knew to expect his arrival shortly. Charles was courteous, knowledgeable & skilled. He communicated clearly as he began each step, answering all my questions in a satisfactory manner, explaining the issue while showing me as well, presenting options & corresponding cost & recommending the best course of action. An estimate for all available options was provided in writing for our review before any repair work was started. The work was completed in a reasonable amount of time for a reasonable price. The entire experience exceeded our expectations. We would definitely work with Charles again and we recommend Mr. Sparky to anyone needing electrical work!

    I had pendant lights wired & installed, & a tv wall-mounted with electrical moved behind it. The quality of the work was too-notch. My technician, Pete, was amazing. He was neat, cleaning as he went, & had lots of great ideas for my project. I will definitely use them again if I ever have any electrical projects. They were recommended by my handyman so I knew I could count on them, but the end result exceeded my expectations.
