I waited for an entire quarter to write this review to ensure my first impressions were correct. We had an entire new Trane system installed inclusive of the heat pump, air handler, air plenums, and zone dampers. I am completely satisfied with every aspect of our dealings with Charleston Air Care. Our service personnel (Michael and Kyle) were professional and provided great recommendations and all the information we needed for an informed decision. They did not try to oversell us on something we did not need. The installers (Reggie and Bradley) were fantastic. Most notably, their work ethic is clearly better than you would typically find from other service organizations. So key points: 1. Every person treated our home with respect and were diligent maintaining a clean work area and preventing any collateral damage or mess. 2. When the job was running a little longer than expected based on a difficult install in the attic, additional service people came to work in tandem to complete the job. 3. A little internet research revealed their pricing to be fair. Could have gotten off a couple of hundred dollars cheaper, but not the same quality system and the professionalism and respect shown for our home was more than worth the little bit of extra money. 4. And most importantly, I called a week later because one of the new thermostats was not functioning as I expected. The service was immediate, courteous and just as professional. The after the sale service is the mark of a professional company. Three months later I am completely satisfied and highly recommend Charleston Air Care.

They came quickly, evaluated the problem, explained it, quoted and explained the cost, came back on the appointed day with the part and installed it. System functions perfectly. Great service.

Project: Clean Heating & Cooling Air Ducts & Vents
Staff performed duct cleaning and whole house dehumidifier in our home. Due to incomplete and ineffective cleaning, received a monetary credit for cleaning work performed and a new thermostat. These customer service gestures were most welcome by management.

We had Charleston Air Care install a Trane Heating and Air conditioning system. Justin D. gave us the estimate and answered all our questions. Jamall and Birdie did the installation, they were very courteous and polite. They answered all our questions and did a great job. We will recommend Charleston Air Care to our friends.

Charleston Air Care did a wonderful job with the installation of my new A/C unit from beginning to end! Michael was very patient with me as I asked him a million questions and listened to my requests to help me with the best solution that fit my needs and budget. I also appreciated that Michael waited outside at least 20 minutes for my home warranty technician to leave, you have a wonderful employee! Michael even got me an earlier installation date! I wasn't at home for the set up, but I could only tell the installers were here because I had A/C, no mess was left! I called back to the office a few days later for an additional invoice since I lost my original, and I was emailed the receipt on the spot! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THAT EVERYONE USES CHARLESTON AIR CARE BECAUSE YOU GET MORE THAN YOU PAY FOR!!! My coworker paid $1000 more than me for a smaller unit, should've used Charleston Air Care! Great company, awesome customer service. Michael was my comfort adviser and he stayed in good communication throughout the process. My installers (Jamall & Birdie) were also terrific. Purchased 2 systems and they completed the installation in one day. Entire process from initial meeting until install was less than a week. Price was half the price of other companies with better warranty and same/better equipment. Highly endorsed and recommend for your heating & air needs

They came when they said they would. Provided quotes on several options without any pressure within 24 hours of looking at my home. The installers came when they were scheduled and were very thorough and attentive to the job.
