I was interested in asphalt but the owner started talking about chip and seal. I was unfamiliar with it so the owner directed me to a website that suggested two applications be applied on a dirt road. This company only allied one application and said it would be sufficient. After 3 weeks the potholes returned and bare spots were already showing. I submitted a not too favorable review. The owner called and was furious. He said he would not even come to look at it until I removed my review. Once I did so the owner said he would be out the following week. One month later he still has not come even though I followed up several times. He said I was trying to bully him. His one year guaranty must mean he will show up sometime within the next 12 months.
Response from Company:
We made every attempt to satisfy him But he simply does not like chip seal We are truly sorry he bought a product he does not like Chip seal has a courser surface than blacktop and it is not for everyone
