    Chris Jr came within an hour of calling and fixed the issue in 10 minutes. A wire is was burnt out. But he did not leave, he was trying to figure out the root cause so it does not happen again. Turned out to be a cracked connector. Awesome! Will hire them again for any plumbing or HVAC work.

    Chris corrected and water heating problem which was misdiagnosed by a tech from NJR home services. Their tech (NJR) never actually worked and in hindsight looks to me was only trying to get me to buy a new heating unit. Thank you Chris Walton for a great job.
