Simon is very professional and knowledgeable he upgraded my electrical system in my garage for my woodworking hobby at MUCH LESS than the 2 other quotes I got. He had some great ideas for “future proofing” my upgrades and was very helpful on some layout suggestions. If it wasn’t for Simon’s estimate and professional approach I would still be tripping over extension cords in the future. I HIGHLY recommend him for any upgrades and electrical issues you may have. We could not be more pleased with the work that Shock Value Electric did on our outdoor patio project. The job consisted of adding three (3) new 240 volt circuits for radiant heaters and one circuit for ceiling fans and outlets. We have a 45 year old house and the existing electrical panels were nearly at their maximum capacity. Simon figured out a way to switch around breakers, blend old with new components and get the existing panels to do what we needed. This approach saved us a considerable sum of money compared with adding another panel. The work was done in a truly professional manner. Simon patiently explained what he was going to accomplish and answered all my questions initially and as the job went along. The work was done on time and the final price was as quoted. The crew was very polite, 🧼 up the jobsite each day at the end of the shift and respected our home.

Simon helped me out with some electrical work needed that came up on our home inspection while trying to sell our property. He was very quick, made it out in just a few days and knocked out the whole list in one day with little to no questions needed.
