Review by Jennifer C. in Morrow, OH
My experience was horrible! Hindsight she is a habitual liar, she claims to have been in business for over 38 years and it took her literally months to get a permit that you can obtain in hours. After investigating The City of Morrow never received an application from her. She claims to have went to the wrong place some township. I gave her $500 she gave me back $350 (2 months later) for her "time". I received nothing but time wasted, wasted phone conversations that lead to nothing and multiple lies.
Response by Cincy Creations: First of all, I HAVE BEEN in business for 38 years and I would not lie. The first contract was signed on May 2 with the down payment of $500. I had started the drawings for the zoning and building department and on May 7 she decided to make the deck larger. I had to now go back and redo all the drawings. I called the county building department to check to see if the township was in charge of the zoning permit. They told me yes to go through the township. After calling and leaving several messages for the township zoning person, I finally got to meet up with him to approve the deck for zoning. We were talking and he told me his position was part-time and he owned his own construction company. As he was filling out the application for approval he noticed the address. He said that the township does not cover that particular subdivision, it would be the City of Morrow. He apologized and gave me the person in charge of the City zoning (phone number) and also told me he was a part-time person. This was around 4 pm in the afternoon and I called that number and got a voice mail. I left my name and number and told him I needed to get a zoning permit for a deck . I was on my way to give three estimates that afternoon and into the evening. I got back around 9 pm that evening and called Jennifer [consumer name withheld at their request] to let her know what I had found out. I told her I would try and call that zoning person again in the morning because I had not heard back that evening. The next morning I checked my email and got an email from Jennifer [consumer name withheld at their request] stating that she decided not to build the deck with our company. Basically, this was 16 days from the date of the final contract to the day(NOT MONTHS like she stated above) that I TRIED to get the zoning permit. I tried to call her back and just got her voice mail. She would not take any of my calls. I felt I was servicing her the best I could, I do not have control over the zoning or building departments. I tell all my customers, it usually is a two week process. This year the building departments are even taking a little longer because of all the construction going on. I gave her $350 back and kept $150 for the process of doing two different drawings because of her changing the size five days after the first signed contract. I feel I was fair doing that and giving her money back. I can assure you that there is NO reason for me to be lying. READ THE REST OF THE REVIEWS BELOW!

Incredible company. Sandy answered SO MANY of my questions, even before I gave them the green light to do the work. They showed up, did good honest work. Communication was excellent. They texted me every day to give me progress update and what the next day had in store for their job. Already in the process of getting quotes from them for some other jobs and have already recommended them to many friends.
