Reviews
Write a ReviewVery resposive and good customer service. They went the extra mile and cleaned the carpet.
A+++ from start to finish. Extremely professional with good communication and follow through. IĆ¢ d highly recommend!
Mr. Cirelli and his crew spoke with us so that there was clear communication both ways at all times. They did a great job on discovering the problem and cleaning up quickly and thoroughly. I felt that the price for their services was a bargain considering the professional and efficient job that they did for us. We will use them again if we have the need.
In the beginning, this company was great! They advertised quality work for affordable pricing and completed the mold removal quickly. However, when it came to the restoration, I would not recommend them. I was told that the entire project would take at most three weeks, and my house was still not complete when we reached the 2 MONTH mark; even at this point there are still things that are not finished. I was told numerous times that the project would be finished within the week, and then that deadline came and went, and nothing was done. He always had an excuse for everything and even promised to pull his entire crew from other jobs to help finish my house, but that never happened. My husband and I were unable to park in our garage the first few weeks we moved in because they did not remove the debris in the garage. Once they hauled it away, they left the debris in the backyard and told me they would come back the next day, and that never happened. I had to pay for another vendor to come out and have that debris removed. We bought new outlet covers for the house and half of them were damaged by one of his guys, who look like he installed them with a hammer. The baseboards that his team placed around the house were not installed properly and I have had to hire another vendor to come finish the work. I had to call a plumber out, who found that there was dry wall and paint built up in my main line because I found his team rinsing their paintbrushes down the drain on numerous occasions. They left old soda bottles, vape pens and other food trash in my backyard and around the house, which I feel is very unprofessional. I have had to hire several other businesses to finish tasks that were promised to be completed by Mr. Cirelli. It seemed like once he received a payment, the attendance by his crew started to decline. At first there were so many workers at the house and towards the end they were few and far. He was not the best at communicating, whether that was through a phone call or text. He promised of number of things that his team could complete, but they did not. This was my first time dealing with a contractor for my home and maybe this is considered "normal", and I understand with the pandemic that things were not going to finish on time, but the other vendors have agreed that this project took WAY longer then it should have.
We had some delay because of covid 19 two of my essential guys got very sick we could not move forward did not want to get the homeowner or rest of the crew affected. as far as mold abatement we took care of that fast and consistent to industry standards and yes because of the loss crew we did have to hire outside the box which I will never do again people just don't perform like our own crew was trained. some work that was mentioned was not any work that we did baseboards and flooring and paint on them were a totally different company customer made forgot she was dealing with a different company on that service that was provided.
Mr. Cirelli was extremely knowledgeable with regard to our mold abatement, and really took his time to explain every step. His team was efficient and friendly. They provided high quality customer service & workmanship! I would give this company a 10 out of 10 rating.
Very responsive
Very professional, explained the options and procedures thoroughly. Came out for a free inspection using his fiber optic camera Bobby showed us the build up of the mold in the ducts and furnace. He returned the following day and scrubbed out and treated the ducts and furnace. He went above and beyond and really seems to care about doing a good job. I would strongly recommend him to anyone needing mold abatement.
Cirelli and his team, was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained things in layman terms, and explained why things needed to be done: He made sure I knew, he was concerned about the job he did was topnotch, professional and that I was satisfied with the job that was done: I would use his services again and would recommend to all.
