David is Fantastic! , He actually contacted me through email. I had no idea I contacted HomeAdvisor for AC, so that is a mystery?? but after talking with David I had him do a maintenance, it took him over an 1.5 hrs to do he is very thorough. He then fixed my doorbell that hasn't worked in years!! I would highly recommend Classic Air Conditioning I give him 6 stars if I could! If you are looking for the most honest guy, Talk with David!

My experience with Classic AC was absolutely Superb! 2 days ago I requested support on this site for an AC issue. I got a call from Dave the owner within an hour. We went through the issues on the phone. He was very detailed on the phone , we were not able to fix through the troubleshooting. Dave recommended doing an annual maintenance over a diagnostic test this could fix the issues or it would show what the issues are and it would be cheaper than doing a diagnostic and annual maintenance Dave showed up today. He was on time. And ready to go. He inspected the indoor unit and out door unit. He performed cleaning, maintenance and some minor fixes . He also provided information on what he saw. He is super informative . He informed on the state of the system...which was positive...among other information. Overall David and his assistant performed superbly. . The checks, the fixes were executed in a timely manner. .The price was fair. He also was very responsive on texts when i originally messaged him. On Target, On time, and very fast to execute. First Class Performance!!! Six Stars! Highly recommended.

Dave was able to talk me through getting him the info he needed to repair the unit. So he had the right motor module needed to repair and stayed long enough to see the unit was moving air again and was cooling. Very friendly, open and knowledgeable. I'd recommend them.

Prompt, professional, courteous, capable, and efficient: all outstanding qualities, and ones I found in this company. While I hope that it never happens again, ever, when the A/C goes down, I will know whom to call.

David and Mark did a great job replacing our old air conditioning system. Prior to hiring the team, David provide information on new equipment, and thoroughly explained the work involved and time frame for completion. The project was completed on time with follow-up visit. Phone call were responded to in a timely manner and any questions we had were answered. This team has a positive, friendly attitude and we appreciate the “hometown” feel they project. Thanks again for the great job!

Dave did a super job getting my A/C back up and running! Professional from start to finish and by the way this work was done on a Sunday with no extra fees. Will def use Classic A/C if I have any A/C or heating issues.

David was extremely polite and helpful. I received a call within minutes of the request through home advisor. He was friendly and helpful, even providing a recommendation for fixing the problem myself prior to his service call/annual maintenance on the unit. I needed to call him back to schedule and he returned my call within an hour of my message, on a Sunday. When he arrived, he was very professional, kept his work area clean, gave detailed information about the work he completed for me and left the area around my unit cleaner than it had been when he arrived! David's experience and commitment to customer service shows and I would give him a sixth star if I could.
