We actually ordered our Sileston countertop through Lowes and CGM installed it. The crew that showed up were polite and very efficient. They were completed in about 1.5 hrs and it turned out great. My primary concern was the seam since the one I saw in the store was not all that good. Our seam is hardly noticeable and unless you know where it is, it is nearly impossible to find. This could be because of the pattern we chose (Lusso) which does not have bold veins running through, which could be challenging for even the best installer to conceal. We installed our own sink which we purchased and they confirmed it fit prior to leaving. So far we are happy with the overall project which went smooth and got completed way ahead of time. Great job!

Had what I wanted, didn't meet another's price, but uses more sophisticated templating methods and they had a slab I liked. And, backed by HomeAdvisor. Well done from Sales, templating, fabrication to installation. I'd use them again!

Staff members communication process was average, to the greatness. Installers initially did not cut my backslash correctly, but eventually figured out how to resolve the issue.

We were very pleased with Classic Granite & Marble. They had a large selection of stones and let us choose from several slabs for the one we liked best. They met the dates for measurement and installation and even called the day before to confirm. I was particularly impressed with the cutout drawings that were sent to us via email that showed the actual stone that we selected and where the sink cutout would be. I really liked that as we wanted the sink in a particular spot on the granite to preserve some of the beautiful lines in the stone. The installation crew were very professional and covered the work area with protective cloths and were very careful with the removal so as not to damage the cabinets. I highly recommend Classic Granite & Marble - we couldn’t be happier.

They did a good job, One problem was they couldn't take off the old back splash & in doing so they put a hole and hammer mark right through the wall into the living room.

I have received poor Workmanship and poor Customer Service response to my concerns overs proper installation. My new faucet (5 months old has been reinstalled three times and is still leaking on the top of the new granite stone which I imagine is compromising the integrity of the stone, not to mention the added cost to me of a slow all day leak.

I had a small job, and they didn't try to make me overpay just because it was a small job. In fact, the guy didn't have the correct drill bit with him the first time, and had to make a second trip out, and they didn't charge me for two trips, and even came after hours!

The workers came on time and was very professional. They didn't leave a mess they cleaned up and they were also knowledgeable about the granite. I would reccomend them to anyone. My kitchen really looks good..
