Michael came out to look at our staircase the same day I called. He provided us with a quote by the next morning. He listened and understood exactly what we wanted and did an outstanding job. He and his crew showed up each morning on time and work efficiently. They cleaned up thoroughly at the end of each day before leaving. The new stair rail system looks beautiful and is exactly what we wanted. He takes pride in his work and it shows.

Michael came in, looked at the stairs and understood immediately what I wanted done. He provided a quote for the job within 24 hours and we scheduled the work. He showed up on time with all the required materials and worked diligently to close in the open stair trees and provide a beautiful new railing in the same grain as the new hardwood floors so it will match once it is stained. He cleaned up the debris from the job. Michael was very professional throughout the process.
