The service tech arrived at about 1 pm to initially give us an estimate. His price was in our range of expectation and he had explained how he would do the work. He had come ready to do the work right then if it was acceptable to us, so we let him do it. He was done before 5 pm and when he left, our house was back in order. We have lived in our house almost 22 years and the air ducts had never been cleaned. We were very pleased with the work.
