Clean Quest was great! The owner was the one who showed and did the work which was wonderful. He was on time and cleaned my carpets in a most professional way and went out of his way to please us. He was competitive and fairly priced. My carpets look great and I will definitely recommend him and call on him again.

The service was great, the owner did the grout cleaning. The only problem was that the grout did not get as clean as I expected. I expected the grout to look uniformly clean, pretty much as new. But it didn't come out that way. It was like I cleaned it myself, not by steam as Clean Quest used. When I expressed my surprise that the grout was not completely clean the owner said he couldn't guarantee it to be perfect and didn't charge for the cleaning at all! I take my hat off to him for that... but I wish that the I had known to begin with that it might not be perfectly uniform.

tile & group was 9 years old. never been clean by a certified cleaner, owner uses toilet bowl cleaner to clean grout that cause sealer to be remove. Spend 2 hours scrubbing grout individually then steam clean with 700 psi of pressure and 210 degrees of heat, when done I show customer the work but he wanted it perfectly uniform. reclean grout to show customer it is not dirt it is a permanent stain . but customer wanted a 9 year old grout to look BRAND NEW and be perfectly uniform. SPEND 2 HOURS, RECLEAN GROUT TO SATISFY CUSTOMER, PUT SEALER ON GROUT ALL FOR FREE.
